After more than 13 years of visionary leadership, Agnė Paliokaitė is concluding her tenure as Manager Partner. This marks the end of an extraordinary chapter – one that began with Agnė’s idea to build a company together with Dr Žilvinas Martinaitis and Simonas Gaušas back in March 2012.
Across this remarkable journey, Visionary Analytics has evolved into a bold international force – bringing together a cross-border team, breaking into new domains from digitalisation to foresight on demand, leading transformative policy changes, and becoming a trusted mark of quality and impact in the European policy world.
We thank Agnė for building Visionary Analytics from the ground up, for her meaningful legacy, and for shaping a future we’re proud to step into. Her unwavering trust in people, pursuit for innovation and ability to see beyond the horizon shaped not just our company, but its very culture – culture of freedom and responsibility. We’ve grown into an agile, people-powered organisation where everyone has the space to learn, lead, and drive meaningful Knowledge for Impact.
Agnė may be stepping away, but her spirit will always be part of the DNA of Visionary.
As we turn the page, we are excited to share that Dr Žilvinas Martinaitis, fellow co-founder and a pillar of our company since the very beginning, is stepping into the role of Managing Partner.
