We’re seeking a Researcher or Senior Researcher to join our Digitalisation team. You’ll work on exciting projects at the intersection of technology, society, and public policy—focusing on the regulation of online platforms, digital markets, and the broader digital economy.
We are looking for:

- At least 2 years for Researchers and 4 years for Senior Researchers with professional experience in carrying out research and / or policy analysis.
- Demonstrated strong interest in online platforms, digital markets, digital media and the policy challenges that they bring.
- Solid expertise in qualitative (e.g., interviews, case studies, surveys) and/or quantitative (e.g., statistical/econometric analysis, structural modelling, big data analytics, web scraping) research methods.
- A hands-on approach to executing research and ‘can do’ mentality with the ability to work both independently and in diverse teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1–C2 level), with strong communication and presentation skills.
You will:
- Contribute to high-impact research and evaluation projects on digital policy and platform regulation – from developing methodologies, collecting and analysing data, to delivering research findings.
- Help lead and mentor junior colleagues – delegating tasks, ensuring high-quality outputs, and supporting their development.
- Manage expert networks, organise workshops, and coordinate project activities.
- Present research results to clients and partners at national and EU level.
We offer:
- Researcher or Senior Researcher position, depending on your experience.
- A meaningful role in influential policy research across the EU.
- A place in a multinational, mission-driven team of passionate researchers.

- A long-term career path, including mentoring, growth planning, and leadership opportunities. Networking opportunities with EU institutions, national ministries, and top researchers.
- A home office setup and a desk at our Vilnius coworking space (if local).
- A team-wide budget for team gatherings, travel to Vilnius (if not a local), learning activities, and workations abroad.
- A performance bonus (up to 15% (for Researchers) or 25% (for Senior Researchers) of annual salary if targets are met).
- Private health insurance after your trial period.
- Salary of 3000-4000 EUR (all taxes gross), excluding benefits / bonuses (depending on the level of relevant experience for the Researcher or Senior Researcher position)
