We are looking for:
- 2 years of experience in HR, office & event management or equivalent roles;
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (C1 levels);
- A detail-oriented, can-do attitude holding, and organised individual;
- Responsibility, discretion, and quickness on your feet;
- Great time management and work prioritisation skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package;
- Interest in public policy research and possibility to contribute there in the future (preferred but not required);
- Ability to start from November, 2025.
You will:
- Oversee office and IT support-related questions and policies;
- Aid in creative external communication (web, social media, other) and internal company initiatives;
- Support our team in employee life cycles (on-boarding & off-boarding, documentation, etc);
- Drive our team‘s company events and training organisation (online/offline/hybrid);
- Coordinate our internship programmes;
- Provide general support in other areas of HR and office management.

- Performance-based company target bonus (if company targets are reached – 15% of your annual salary);
- Salary of 2200 – 2700 EUR (gross, excluding benefits and bonuses) depending on the level of relevant experience.
