Militsa Eggert has been conducting public policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2024, Thematically, her work focuses on analysis and evaluation of digitalisation-related development policies.

As a Researcher, Militsa coordinates and conducts research or evaluation assignments from extensive data collection, methodology application to final output development, such as analytical reports and policy recommendations.

Throughout her career, Militsa has also worked on the topics of digital regulation, technology policy, copyright, online platforms and digital sovereignty. Militsa has designed and delivered studies and evaluations using a wide range of methods, from literature and desk-based research to stakeholder interviews and surveys, with a particular focus on quantitative analysis. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as European Commission, European Parliament, the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) and multiple others.
