Milda Šaltenytė-Robbers has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2025. She is a consultant and researcher with over a decade of international experience in the fields of policy research and project management. Milda has worked on a wide range of social policy related topics, including evaluation and monitoring studies for European public clients. She has been involved in studies exploring equal opportunities policies, employment, labour market, and the social inclusion of vulnerable groups. She has extensive knowledge and experience in applying both quantitative and qualitative research methods together with strong cross-cultural communication and project management skills.

As a Research Manager at Visionary Analytics, Milda coordinates a team that focuses on social affairs, labour market, and AI topics. She applies high-quality, innovative research methods and selects appropriate methods for complex research and evaluation studies. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (e.g., DG JUST, DG RTD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound), the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA), and multiple others.
