Expertise

Martyna Banytė has been conducting public policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2024. Thematically, her work focuses on analysis and evaluation of education and training, youth, skills development and just transition policies, and their role in supporting economic and social development.

As a Junior Researcher, Martyna contributes to research or evaluation assignments by undertaking data collection by conducting desk research, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and by carrying out both qualitative and quantitative analysis.

She also develops outputs such as analytical reports, evaluations, case studies, and policy recommendations for clients such as the European Commission (DG EAC), European Parliament, social partners, and the Lithuanian Ministry of Education, Science and Sport.
