Marta Subataitė has been at Visionary Analytics since 2019, leading human resources activities and contributing to the company’s cultural development.

As the People & Culture Manager at Visionary Analytics, Marta is responsible for driving the HR strategy through talent acquisition & recruitment, employee relations & life cycles, organisational cultural development, and HR administration. One of her key roles is in fostering a strong company culture, supporting internal systems, and ensuring the well-being and growth of the team. Marta’s focus is on aligning HR initiatives with the broader business goals, providing comprehensive support across all aspects of human resources, culture, and people management.

Prior to joining VA, Marta has worked in public, private, and NGO sectors, where she worked in educational public project implementation, administration, event organisation, public relations, and even ESL teaching.
