Kornelija Gruodytė has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2026. Thematically her work focuses on analysis and evaluation of artificial intelligence, digital and labour market policies.

As a Researcher, Kornelija coordinates and conducts research or evaluation assignments from extensive data collection, methodology application to final output development, such as analytical reports and policy recommendations.

Throughout her career, Kornelija has been involved in projects in the areas of AI governance, digital regulation, public sector digitalisation, media policy and foreign direct investment. Kornelija has contributed to research projects using a range of qualitative methods, specialising in legal and regulatory analysis, stakeholder interviews and consultation workshops. Her portfolio includes contributions to Horizon Europe research projects, EU AI Act implementation and standardisation initiatives, and policy research for public media organisations.
