Jokūbas Bagdonas has been conducting public policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2024. Thematically, his work focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the EU digitalisation and AI policy.

As a Researcher, Jokūbas coordinates and conducts research or evaluation assignments from extensive data collection, methodology application, to final output development, such as analytical reports and policy recommendations.

Throughout his career, Jokūbas has also worked on the topics of labour and social policy. Jokūbas has designed and delivered studies along with evaluations using a wide range of methods, specialising in desk research, case studies, literature review, and interviews. His portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG CNECT, DG EMPL), the European Parliament, and multiple others.
