Indrė Pusevaitė has been conducting public policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2023, and she has been in the field since 2016. Thematically, her work focuses on the analysis and evaluation of education, labour market, and digitalisation policies.
As a Senior Researcher, Indrė oversees the full research cycle through designing research frameworks, selecting and applying methodologies, and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis. She also prepares comprehensive outputs, such as policy recommendations and analytical reports.
Throughout her career, Indrė has also worked on topics related to social inclusion, human capital development, research and innovation policy, and public sector governance. She has designed and delivered studies and evaluations using a wide range of methods, specialising in quantitative approaches such as econometric modelling, scenario building and forecasting, counterfactual impact evaluation, and large-scale administrative and web-based data analysis. Her work frequently combines statistical modelling with policy analysis to assess future policy impacts and support evidence-based decision-making. Her portfolio includes work for clients such as the European Commission (including DG EMPL, DG CNECT, and DG REGIO), CEDEFOP, Eurostat, the Office of the Government of Lithuania, and several national ministries and agencies, among others.
