Expertise

Ignas Bernotas has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2022. Ignas has been involved in the domains of educational, digital, R&D&I, and regional development policy projects. Currently, his thematic focus is mostly oriented towards R&D&I and digital policies, and their role in supporting economic and social development.

As a Junior Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Ignas assists researchers in conducting analyses, from data collection (e.g., interviews, desk research) to the development of final outputs, such as case studies and analytical reports, and policy recommendations. His portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG RTD), the European Space Agency (ESA), the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania, and others.
