Ignas Bernotas has been conducting public policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2022. Thematically, his work focuses on analysis and evaluation of R&I policies, with an emphasis on tracking progress through the development and implementation of monitoring frameworks.

As a Researcher, Ignas coordinates and conducts research or evaluation assignments from extensive data collection, methodology application to final output development, such as analytical reports and policy recommendations.

Throughout his career, Ignas has also worked on the topics of education, digital, and regional development policies. Ignas has designed and delivered studies along with evaluations using a wide range of methods, specialising in survey implementation and extensive data collection and analysis using Python or R. His portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG RTD), the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, and multiple others.
