Goda Skiotytė has been conducting public policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2024, she has been in the field since 2022. Thematically, her work focuses on digital policy and regulation, platform economy, labour market and employment policies, as well as broader social policy and digital transformation topics.

As a Senior Researcher, Goda oversees the full research cycle through designing research frameworks, selecting and applying methodologies, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis. Goda also prepares comprehensive outputs, such as policy recommendations and analytical reports. In addition to project implementation and tender preparation, she supports framework contract management activities.

Throughout her career, Goda has also worked on various national projects in the topics of sustainability and mobility. Goda has designed and delivered studies along with evaluations using a wide range of methods, specialising in interviews and stakeholder consultations. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as European Commission (DG CNECT), European Parliament and multiple others.
