Expertise

Cindy Waweru has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2025. Throughout her work, Cindy Waweru has contributed to projects in the domains of labour market digitalisation, industrial relations, and the societal impacts of emerging technologies such as AI. Her research explores how these areas intersect with economic and social development, particularly within the context of EU policymaking and stakeholder engagement.

As a Research Assistant, she supports data collection and analysis using both qualitative and quantitative methods, including data mining, cleaning, and statistical analysis. She also conducts literature reviews, desk research, and contributes to the preparation of tenders and proposals, advancing innovative policy initiatives. Cindy has collaborated with clients such as the European Commission (DG CNECT) and EU-level social partners like UNI Europa.
