Beatričė Leiputė has been conducting public policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2022, she has been in the field since 2014. Thematically, her work focuses on analysis and evaluation of education policy, particularly – school education and VET.

As a Senior Researcher, Beatričė oversees the full research cycle through designing research frameworks, selecting and applying methodologies, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis. Beatričė also prepares comprehensive outputs, such as policy recommendations and analytical reports.

Throughout her career, Beatričė has also worked on the topics of skills match and anticipation techniques, graduate tracking studies, and youth policy. Beatričė has designed and delivered studies along with evaluations using a wide range of methods, specialising in participatory approaches and stakeholder engagement (incl. fieldwork with school communities), and other qualitative and quantitative methods (incl. administrative education data analysis). Her portfolio includes working with clients such as DG EAC, JRC, EP, CEDEFOP, European social partners, Lithuanian ministries and agencies, and multiple others.
