Expertise

Austėja Makarevičiūtė has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2023. Austėja’s thematic focus is mostly oriented towards digitalisation,  SME, and R&D&I policies, and their role in supporting economic and social development. Throughout her career she has worked in multiple domains of private business, non-profit think tanks as well as universities.

As a Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Austėja is working on research and / or evaluation. Her primary role involves data collection (interviews, case studies, document research, and automatisation) and data analysis (quantitative and qualitative). Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG CONNECT).
