Expertise

Aurinta Elenskė has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2019. Thematically, her work focuses on analysis and evaluation of research and innovation systems and policies. As a Research Manager at Visionary Analytics, Aurinta coordinates a research team working on innovation topics and oversees the full research cycle, from designing conceptual and methodological frameworks to data collection, analysis, and the development of analytical reports and policy recommendations.

Aurinta has designed and delivered studies and evaluations using a wide range of methods, including multi-country non-probability surveys, interview programmes, literature reviews, counterfactual impact evaluation, theory-based evaluation, cost-benefit analysis and statistical analysis. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG RTD, DG CNECT, DG REGIO), OECD, the EEA and Norway Grants, the European Space Agency (ESA), and multiple others.
