Ani Toroyan has been conducting public policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2025. She has been in the field since 2019. Thematically, her work focuses on analysis and evaluation of R&D&I systems, sectoral and SME policies, and their role in supporting economic and social development.

As a Researcher, Ani coordinates and conducts research or evaluation assignments from extensive data collection, methodology application to final output development, such as analytical reports and policy recommendations.

Throughout her career, Ani has also worked on the topics of entrepreneurship support and regional development. Ani has designed and delivered studies along with evaluations using a wide range of methods, specialising in both quantitative and qualitative methods. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission, OECD, World Bank, United Nations, and others.
