Expertise
Ani Toroyan has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2025. Throughout her career, Ani has been involved in projects in the domains of public policy, innovation systems, entrepreneurship support and regional development. Currently, her thematic focus is mostly oriented towards R&D&I, sectoral and SME policies, and their role in supporting economic and social development.
As a Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Ani coordinates and conducts research and evaluation assignments end-to-end, from developing conceptual and methodological tools, carrying out extensive qualitative and quantitative data collection to preparing analytical reports, strategic frameworks, and actionable policy recommendations. Her portfolio includes working with diverse clients, such as the European Commission, OECD, World Bank, United Nations, and others.
