Alyona Teplyshova has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since January 2024. Her work focuses on digitalisation, technological innovation, and AI policy, with a strong interest in how these developments shape economic and social outcomes. She also works on topics related to the labour market and social policy, often exploring the intersection between digital transformation and workers’ rights.

As a Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Alyona contributes to and leads EU-level research projects, and is also engaged in the preparation of tenders and project proposals. She is involved in various stages of the research process, including literature reviews and desk research, stakeholder interviews and surveys, with a particular focus on statistical data analysis and quantitative methods. She contributes to translating research findings into clear and policy-relevant insights, and to presenting them to clients through reports, presentations, and workshops. Her project portfolio includes work for clients such as the European Commission (DG CNECT), the European Parliament, the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), and EU-level social partners (e.g. UNI Europa).
