Expertise

Aleksandra Morozovaitė has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2023. With prior experience within the field of psychology, specifically the areas of educational psychology, social cognition, and visual perception, she now focuses her expertise on labour market and social Affairs research.

As a Junior Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Aleksandra contributes to research and evaluation assignments by applying various qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, case studies, desk research) to collect essential data. Additionally, she utilises quantitative analyses to derive valuable insights and contribute to the creation of final outputs.
