Aleksandra Morozovaitė has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2023. With prior experience within the field of psychology, specifically the areas of educational psychology, social cognition, and visual perception, her research is now focused on the labour market and social affairs policies.

As a Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Aleksandra contributes to research and evaluation assignments by applying various qualitative research methods (stakeholder interviews, case studies, desk research) to collect essential data and quantitative analyses to derive valuable insights and contribute to the creation of final outputs. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG EMPL, DG REGIO), the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), and the European Trade Union Committee for Education (ETUCE).
