Aleksandra Morozovaitė has been conducting public policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2023. Thematically, her work focuses on analysis and evaluation of Labour Market and Social Affairs policies.

As a Senior Researcher, Aleksandra oversees the full research cycle through designing research frameworks, selecting and applying methodologies, and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis. Aleksandra also prepares comprehensive outputs, such as policy recommendations and analytical reports.

Throughout her career, Aleksandra has worked on topics including working conditions, working time, occupational safety and health, the European Social Fund (ESF+), the Digital Services Act, Green and Digital transitions, among others. She has designed and delivered studies along with evaluations using a wide range of methods, specialising in qualitative research methods such as stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and case studies. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG EMPL, DG CNECT, DG REGIO), EU-OSHA, the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), UNI Europa, and multiple others.
