Alanta Kalibataitė has been working at Visionary Analytics since 2025, supporting the company’s people-focused initiatives and contributing to its organisational culture development.

As a People & Culture Generalist, Alanta assists in a range of HR functions, including internal communication, employee engagement, and organisational culture projects. Her focus lies in fostering a welcoming and supportive environment where employees feel connected, valued, and motivated.

Before joining Visionary Analytics, Alanta worked in HR, where she served as the first point of contact for employees – providing support, guidance, and solutions. She also conducted research on employee job satisfaction, retention, and employer attractiveness. In addition, Alanta has several years of experience in teaching mathematics.
