Nini Gigani has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2021. Throughout her career, Nini has been involved in multiple projects in the domain of innovation consulting, whereby she designed process methodologies, conducted socio-legal and political analyses, and created digital roadmaps as a part of European Commission projects, among others. She has also received a Letter of Gratitude from the President of Lithuania for contributing to innovation growth in the country, and was invited by Microsoft to speak about EdTech at their annual conference. Currently, her main thematic focus is education and digitalisation policies.
As a Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Nini researches, analyses, and produces policy content on education and digitalisation using mixed method approaches such as literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative research, case studies, surveys, and stakeholder interviews. Other than this, she also supports project implementation by coordinating administrative and managerial matters. Her portfolio includes working with clients, such as the European Commission (DG CNECT).
