Austėja Grabauskaitė has been assisting in conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2022. Austėja has been involved in the domains of digitalization, platform economy regulation, and the Social Credit System in China projects. Currently, her thematic focus is mostly oriented towards digitalization and the future of work policies, as well as governance.

As a Research Assistant at Visionary Analytics, Austėja assists researchers in conducting analyses, from data collection (e.g., interviews, desk research) to the development of final outputs, such as case studies and analytical reports. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission and the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC).
