What key skills do you feel you have developed?

Throughout my tenure at Visionary Analytics, I mainly worked with

Speaking about developed skills, I believe that I learned to be more proficient at desk research, became more punctual and thorough, improved my ICT skills, especially when it comes to the use of Excel software, and as well gained valuable teamwork experience from established specialists in the policy analysis area.

What made you happy about your internship?

First, I want to commend my mentor Pijus for letting me feel like a valuable team member and constantly giving feedback allowing me to learn from made mistakes. The same goes for Audronė, with whom I worked for the last couple of weeks – her comments gave me useful insights to refine my work. Second, a great team environment is a tremendous Visionary Analytics achievement letting every intern feel like a fully-fledged team member. Third, special thanks go to Ildar and Marta. Their inspirational and positive attitude helped a lot throughout my days in the office.
