Research and evaluation of R&D, innovation, education and social
policies on both national and EU levels.




Elžbieta holds a Master‘s degree in philosophy from the university of KU Leuven. Her educational background has enabled Elžbieta to work with novel ideas, identify key issues in various policy fields, and handle complex conceptual frameworks.
Over the last few years, Elžbieta has become highly experienced in
applying qualitative research methods, such as conducting case study analysis or interviews. Her project portfolio contains several policy areas,
but she is more focused on the area of R&D&I. Elžbieta is fluent in Lithuanian and English, has a good command of French, and a basic knowledge of Italian and Hebrew.
