Audronė has an educational background in political science and public policy analysis. Her work experience includes employment, education,
and digitalisation policy analysis and evaluation, institutional capacity building, as well as work both in and with EU institutions.


She is knowledgeable and experienced in applying both qualitative (interviews, case studies, Qualitative Comparative Analysis, process
tracing) and quantitative (surveys, statistical and graphical analysis, counterfactual analysis) research methods.
Audronė has excellent command of Lithuanian (mother tongue) and
English, as well as a professional working proficiency in French and
basic knowledge of Russian.
