Firstly, I gained invaluable insights into the workings of research and analysis in policy sector. Subsequently, it enhanced my analytical skills, knowledge creation, as well as tailoring the presentation of the analysis to the audience. I feel I developed my flexibility, speed. Additionally, I learnt how important and motivating a strong company’s culture is. Finally, it has developed my knowledge of socioeconomic issues on Lithuanian and European levels.

What made you happy about your internship?

For me, the best thing about the internship, was the environment

that is created for people to learn and grow personally.

The approach towards interns made me feel as an important

part of the team, which is very motivating. The variety of

tasks allowed me to develop a range of different skills,

familiarise with different topics. Nearly weekly internal trainings gave me an opportunity to touch upon important topics, not only skills, but values and self-motivation related. Furthermore, it is impressive how deeply embedded are company’s values, they are well explained, reiterated, and followed by everyone in the office. All this truly creates an environment and culture, where one gets to not only do the job, but to create value and grow personally. Finally, there is a great group and team in the office, who makes you feel welcome from the second you walk in.
