Pijus Krūminas




Research and evaluation of R&D and innovation policy. Extensive work with the national authorities.




Pijus has educational background in political science and is currently enrolled in PhD programme in economics. His work experience involves R&D and innovation policy evaluation, methodology development, analysis of research state in Lithuania for national agency responsible for monitoring and evaluation of research and higher education, as well as academic teaching at universities.


Pijus has knowledge and experience of conducting both qualitative (interviews, case studies, process tracing) and quantitative analysis (econometric and statistical analysis, counterfactual analysis, surveys). His preferred programme of data analysis is R, but he also uses SPSS and gretl.
