Conducts social and policy research projects related to labour market, R&D and education policies on both national and EU levels.




Elžbieta holds a Master‘s degree in philosophy from the university of KU Leuven. She is well equipped to handle complex ideas and intricate conceptual frameworks as well as carry out qualitative research and evaluate strategic outcomes. Furthermore, Elžbieta has worked within a diverse international environment, including major EU institutions. She is fluent in Lithuanian and English, has a good command of French and a basic knowledge of Italian and Hebrew.
