Audronė has an educational background in political science and public policy analysis. Her work experience includes employment and education policy analysis and evaluation, institutional capacity building, and work

both in and with EU institutions.


Audronė has knowledge and experience of applying both qualitative (interviews, case studies, Qualitative Comparative Analysis, process tracing) and quantitative (surveys, statistical and graphical analysis, counterfactual analysis) research methods. Audronė has

excellent command of Lithuanian (mother tongue) and English, as well as a professional working proficiency in French and basic knowledge of Russian.
