Assistance with analysis and evaluation in selected research projects.




Audronė has an educational background in political science. She knows qualitative and quantitative research methods very well, and has some experience in statistical data analysis with SPSS. Audronė has excellent command of Lithuanian (mother tongue) and English, as well as a good

level in French.









Policy research and evaluation

European Commission, since 2016 Research assistance in the following projects:

  • Financing apprenticeships / dual VET in EU.
  • European alliance for apprenticeships – assessment of progress and planning the future.
  • Apprenticeships: A cross-national overview.
  • Monitoring of the learning commitment in the campaign on the construction sector.
National governments, since 2015 Research assistance in the following projects:

  • Strengthening Evaluation Capacities of EU Structural funds.
  • Final action plan to implement apprenticeship in Lithuania and related events.
  • Implementation and monitoring model of Lithuanian Development strategy „Lithuania 2030“.

Other experience

Analytical and administrative support, since 2015 Experience gained through assisting political advisors as part of an internship at the European Parliament in Brussels. Main responsibilities included:

  • Analysis of parliamentary reports and resolutions.
  • Preparation of various briefings.
  • Management of correspondence and documentation.
